C&J Fayetteville Insulation Company, fayettevilleinsulation.com, hello@fayettevilleinsulation.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, starting with our home page, and any work you hire C&J Fayetteville Insulation Company to do. By using the site, asking for a quote or scheduling work with us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean C&J Fayetteville Insulation Company. "You" means the person using the site or hiring us for a job.
What we do
We're an insulation contractor in Fayetteville, AR, and we work on homes and businesses in the city and the cities around it. Our work includes attic, wall, crawl space and basement insulation, blown-in and spray foam insulation, air sealing, vapor barriers and insulation removal. We're fully licensed and insured.
The service descriptions on this site are general information. The work we'll actually do on your house is what's written in your estimate or agreement. You can read more about who we are on our About page.
Estimates and pricing
We give free quotes on site, with no obligation. Any figure you get over the phone or online is only a rough guide, because the real price depends on what we find in your attic, walls or crawl space.
An estimate stays good for the period written on it. Sometimes we open things up and find something the estimate didn't cover, such as wet or contaminated insulation, droppings, hidden damage or wiring that isn't safe to bury. When that happens, we'll stop and tell you before doing any extra work, and no change to the price or scope goes ahead until you approve it.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We'll set a date with you and let you know as soon as we can if weather, a material delay or an earlier job pushes it back. You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas, clear a path to the attic hatch or crawl space entry, and keep kids and pets away while we work.
Some products, spray foam in particular, need everyone out of the house for a while after they go in. Before the job starts, we'll tell you the re-entry time, which is when it's safe for you, your family and your pets to come back inside, and you agree to follow it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (479) 485-4960 as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered special materials or started work, you may owe for materials and labor up to that point, as your agreement sets out.
Payment
Your estimate or agreement spells out what you'll pay, including any deposit and when the balance is due. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.
Late payments may carry the charges Arkansas law allows, and you're responsible for reasonable collection costs where the law permits them. If a payment is returned or declined, we'll ask you to pay another way.
Our guarantee and what we don't promise
Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right with work we did, call us and we'll come back and look at it.
Insulation products also carry their makers' warranties, which we pass along to you. Those terms come from the maker, not from us.
Apart from your written agreement and our satisfaction guarantee, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent Arkansas law allows. We can't promise a set drop in your power bill or a set temperature upstairs, because those also depend on your heating and cooling system, ductwork, windows, the weather and how the house is used.
Information on this website is provided as is, for general use, and may not fit every house.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of your home or higher energy costs. Our total liability for any claim tied to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We aren't responsible for conditions that were there before we started and weren't part of our work, such as old roof leaks, mold, pests or faulty wiring, though we'll tell you about any we notice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Arkansas law.
Settling a disagreement
If you're unhappy with something, talk to us first, because most problems get fixed with a phone call or a return visit. If we can't work it out that way, either of us may take the matter to a state or local court that serves Fayetteville, Arkansas, including small claims court where it applies.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The terms in place when you sign an estimate or agreement are the ones that apply to that job.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
Questions about these terms
If anything here isn't clear, call us at (479) 485-4960 or send us a note through our Contact page, and we'll walk you through it.
