About our Fayetteville insulation contractor and crew
Who we are, how we track down the cause of a drafty or damp room, and what to expect when you call us.

Why I started an insulation company
Before I started this business, I spent years doing upkeep for a property management company. The complaints I chased most were drafty rooms, high power bills and damp floors, and nearly every time the cause sat in the attic or the crawl space. Too often the fix was a patch, so the same calls kept coming back.
So in 2023 I started C&J Fayetteville Insulation Company here in Fayetteville to fix those problems properly. I still come out to look at every job myself, and our own installers do the work on family homes and rental houses across Fayetteville and the cities around it. What I care about most is doing things in the right order, because new insulation laid over a leak or a wet spot just hides the problem. I'd rather tell you a job isn't needed than sell you one that won't help.
What you can count on from us
We find the cause before we quote
I go through the attic and crawl space looking for why a room is drafty or damp, like a roof leak, old insulation that got soaked or full of droppings, or eave vents that got buried. If something has to be fixed first, we tell you plainly so the new work isn't covering up an old problem.
Sealing and insulating planned as one job
We do the air sealing, closing the gaps around can lights, pipes and the attic hatch, as part of the same job as the insulation, so the new material isn't fighting a draft. Planning both together means you aren't paying for the same attic twice.
Straight answers for landlords and property managers
If you look after rentals, you get a quick answer and a clear scope of work you can approve without chasing us. I spent years on your side of those calls, so I know what you need from a contractor.
Licensed, insured and permitted right
Serving Fayetteville and 11 surrounding cities
Fully licensed and insured
Fully licensed and insured, so you aren't taking a chance on who's working in your attic or crawl space. Fayetteville also has businesses that work in the city apply to it for a business license.
Permits checked before we start
Fayetteville's building official issues the permits for altering or repairing a house, so before any work starts I check with the city's building office about what your job needs. When a permit is called for, we handle the paperwork and the inspections, and the record of the work stays on file with the city and Washington County.
